Blended Learning BCM-5000 ISO22301 BCMS Expert Implementer consists of four modules. They are:
Module 1: ISO22301 Fundamentals Package
To be done at the participant's own pace and completed before the start of Module 2
Module 2: Facilitated Online Workshop
Participants will be invited to a four (4) online workshop sessions (one hour per each session) within a period of 4-1/2 days or elapse of 6 weeks.
Participants will be introduced to the key concepts of risk analysis and review, analysing business impact, developing business continuity strategies, design and implementation of its plans, preparing and conducting awareness and training programmes. Tools and templates will be provided to develop specific Business Continuity plans and the key is to contextualise to your environment.
Module 3: Facilitated Online TrainingParticipants will be invited to a four (2) online workshop sessions (2-hour per each session).
Facilitated by an industry practitioner, the sessions would concentrate on the management aspects of a business continuity project management (PM), risk analysis and review (RAR), business impact analysis (BIA), business continuity strategy (BCS) and Business Continuity Plan Development. Participants are free to ask and seek clarifications during the online training with the facilitator on hand.
During the 2nd 2-hour online session, all participants will start to review the case study for the first 1-hour session. They are required to write the risk analysis and review (RAR), business impact analysis (BIA), business continuity strategy (BCS) report for the second 1-hour session. Participants are free to ask and seek clarifications during the online training with the facilitator on hand. Do note that participants will develop the presentation on the RAR, BIA and BCS report to management during the 2nd online session.
Module 4: Facilitated Online Training
Participants will be invited to a two (2-hour) online workshop sessions.
This first online session will provide participants with the know-how to navigate how to coordinate and manage crisis communication and crisis management as well as implement BCM audit and assessment program.
The second session would arm the participants will a comprehensive set of a set of toolkit to develop initial, intermediate and advanced level testing and exercising. It requires participants to design and develop a walkthrough and tabletop exercise as well as complete a management presentation for RAR, BIA and BCS report presentation.
